Jen has been playing Ultimate since 2003 and working in the field of photography since 2004. The two finally came together in 2014 when she became the Team Photographer for the New York Empire. We welcomed her into the NYGL family in 2022, and are so happy to have her talent as part of our media team.

Match Fit Performance is a performance company led by athletes, for athletes. Our providers are doctors of physical therapy and strength and conditioning coaches who specialize in getting athletes back on the field safely. We offer physical therapy after injury and individual and group strength and conditioning programs when you’re back to playing at 100%.

As the mental performance coach for New York Gridlock, I work closely with each athlete to help them navigate the challenges they face, both on and off the field. In our one-on-one coaching sessions, athletes bring their obstacles—whether it's coming back from injury, playing in big games, dealing with pressure, finding joy in the game, or overcoming poor performance.

I don't just give advice; I empower athletes to find the answers within themselves. Together, we uncover their inner strength and apply it to their game. I believe that the key to success lies within each athlete, and my role is to guide them on their journey to unlocking their full potential.

Moonrise Media offers digital media and marketing solutions to organizations and small businesses.

Moonrise Media is led by Alexandra Sturm, a Boston based digital media specialist and storyteller. Alexandra is passionate about the endless possibilities of digital media, and how to craft it into a tool, with which to move audiences and enact positive change for our world.

Alexandra joined Gridlock as their Social Media Director for the 2024 season, during which she headed content strategy and marketing for Gridlock’s socials and executed a redesign of the team website. Alexandra is excited to continue her partnership with Gridlock as they prepare for the 2025 season.

DiscNY, aka New York Ultimate is a State-Based Organization affiliated with USA Ultimate our sport's national governing body. DiscNY runs a large variety of adult and youth ultimate programming.

We're passionate about empowering K-16 STEM educators through transformative professional learning experiences.
